How Do I Measure A Bed for a Box Spring Cover, a Bed Skirt or a Coverlet?

The following procedure should be used when verifying bed sizes. To ensure accuracy when measuring, it is important to start at the edge of the box spring, before the curve or bend. If a cord or tape edge is provided, please take measurements at that location. These measurements are necessary in determining the exact width, length, and height of the bed set.

NOTE: when determining the finished size for the box spring, we will deduct 1/2” from all measurements provided to ensure a tight fit.

Bed Size (king, queen, et.)

Dimension A (box spring width)

Dimension B (box spring length)

Dimension C (mattress top to floor)

Dimension D (box spring top to floor)

Dimension E (box spring height)
