By submitting your Threadwell story, you agree to the following:

Usage Rights: You grant Threadwell unlimited rights to use your submitted story, photos, and any related materials for marketing and advertising purposes across all social media platforms and other channels, in all territories, in perpetuity. You may revoke these rights at any time by submitting a written request to marketing@threadwell.co.

Waiver: You waive the right to inspect or approve the finished materials featuring your submission, and you will not receive compensation beyond the Threadwell drinkware (if your story is selected and featured). You also waive any claims related to invasion of privacy or other legal action arising from Threadwell's use of your submitted materials.

Contact Information: If your story is selected for featuring on social media, we will use the email address you provided to contact you for your shipping address to send your Threadwell drinkware. If you submit an invalid email or do not respond to us, we will not be able to send your drinkware or feature your story.

Eligibility: Contest is open to existing or previous customers and partners of Threadwell, Quiltcraft and/or Fabtex. Submissions must be original and truthful accounts of your experience with our products.

Selection: Threadwell reserves the right to select which stories to feature on social media. Not all submissions will be featured or receive drinkware.

Privacy: Personal information collected will be used solely for contest administration and will not be shared with third parties.
